Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

About the job

• Responsible for the design, development and commissioning support of Pharmaceuticals DCS systems on site. Key technology will be Emerson DeltaV.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Automation solutions in line with S88 standards for the plant.
• Work with automation team to design system architecture, Design Specification, Control Strategies, and library development.
• Day to day manufacturing operations support for DeltaV system.
• Support on NC/ CAPA/ identification of root causes.
• Continuous improvement of the system and support for Operations.
• Field commissioning of automation equipment\'s.
• System administration and maintenance support.
• Computer system validation and documentation support for automation systems.
• Interact with Operations Team, Process Team, Equipment Vendors and Technology providers.

About you

• Minimum of 4 years\' experience in a similar role, ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in the Designing and commissioning of DeltaV DCS project for GMP manufacturing site.
• Through understanding of Batch S88 standards (CM, EM, Phases, Recipes, Units etc.)
• Understanding of Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical process.
• Understanding of automation hardware and networking technologies.
• Emerson DeltaV/ DCS Batch experience is required.
• Familiarity with SDLC and quality management processes in pharma.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to manage multiple party coordination for automation information.
• Good communication and able to work remotely or onsite as required by client.
