Job Overview:


We are seeking talented Automation & Mechatronics Engineers to join a global leader in precision electronics and industrial automation. Candidates will work on cutting-edge smart factory projects, including mechanical design, automation equipment development, control systems, and vision applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and optimize large-scale automation equipment and mechanical structures. Create and modify 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings; optimize existing equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic, or vision system issues; iterate through prototyping and testing. Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and automation software; integrate sensors, CCD cameras, and control logic. Perform installation, commissioning, and on-site debugging of automation equipment. Optimize equipment performance and production processes; conduct preventive maintenance. Write equipment specifications, manuals, and training materials; provide personnel training. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Mechatronics, Mechanical Design, Manufacturing & Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields Knowledge of mechanical design, automation, PLC/HMI programming, and/or vision system integration. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent CAD software. Familiarity with standard industrial automation components and electrical control systems. Experience in troubleshooting, commissioning, or equipment optimization is preferred. Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work in Mandarin and English.
