Proficiency with various machining equipment, especially CNC machines (experience with FANUC is a plus). Experience in the design, use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of jigs and fixtures for mechanical components. Ability to interpret and evaluate mechanical part drawings for dimensions, tolerances, and cosmetic requirements. Knowledge of mechanical component design, structural specifications, and problem-solving. Familiar with CNC/IM (injection molding) process flows, including machine operation, programming, and troubleshooting of mechanical and material issues. Prior experience with first-article inspections and mold qualification for mechanical components would be preferred
Requirements:


Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of

machine tools, various cutting tools

, and their respective processing characteristics. Materials Experience: Foundational knowledge of materials is required. Experience with

metal machining is preferred,

while experience with plastic machining is also a plus. Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient in performing tolerance analysis on machined parts and troubleshooting machining issues. Software Proficiency: Skilled in using

CAM software

for programming (such as Mastercam or UG NX CAM) and troubleshooting G-code and M-code. CAD & Office Skills: Proficient in

2D/3D CAD

and Microsoft Office software. Soft Skills: Must be proactive and possess excellent communication and coordination abilities. Willingness for international business travel.
