:Their primary focus will be owning and managing the existing automation framework by adding new functionalities in UI & valuation system that will benefit the release team across all business areas.Test design and plan

• Provide inputs to detailed test plan.
• Design UI and Data comparison automated tests.
• Implement automated tests using .net, C# and specflow.
• Scale the existing automation framework by adding new functionalities.
• Provide dev estimates to develop automation scripts and release test activities.
• Use Azure Dev ops for project task management.
• Use confluence / zephyr to document test scope and summary of actual against plan to aid Go/No Go meetings.

Test preparation, Environments, and execution

• Execute automated tests as required for each release and maintain the automation solution.
• UAT /SIT for QA led UAT / SIT, perform automation test execution and reporting.
• For BAU releases, support QA team by leading the auto test execution and reporting throughout the cycles.
• Own the automation defects raised and follow up with the respective Dev Teams / BA\'s.
• To support environment management function as required with typical asks involving raising appropriate requests, following up with environment provisioning team for automation and release test environments.

Test report

• Report and Maintain automation test reporting frameworks.
• Actively contribute to the automation sprint activities including inputs to the sprint planning, retrospective and daily standup.
• Participate in daily defect and test management meetings and update defects from QA perspective.

QA knowledge managementContribute to knowledge management by maintaining QA learning space for continuous improvement.Qualifications:Experience required

• A minimum of 8 years\' experience in automated software testing across regression, SIT and UAT.
• Educated to a degree level in Engineering, Maths, Sciences or Business Studies
• Experience using C# / .net scripting for UI automation.
• Experience using .net UI automation of Windows Automation\' frameworks (Must have)
• Experience using FlaUI or similar windows automation libraries (Must have)
• Experience using Specflow or any other BDD frameworks.
• Experience Test/Keywork/Excel driven automation frameworks.
• Experience using nunit, dbunit, log4net, .net libraries and API frameworks.
• Experience working with an ETRM application (such as Allegro Horizon, Endur, Aspect) including pricing and valuation (P&L, risk exposure, etc.)
• Experience in GIT version control.
• Experience working with Azure pipelines.
• Experience of working in Agile and Waterfall delivery model
• Good SQL querying and scripting experience, backend test experience
• Exposure working with Power BI
• Experience working with Jira and Zephyr for defect management, test preparation, execution, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and experience of implementing test best practice.
• Preferably ISTQB Foundation Level Certified or equivalent.

• Highly self-motivated and demonstrable experience to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to go the extra mile\' to meet project deadlines.
• QA or analyst experience from commodity trading is required.
• Good knowledge and practical experience of QA processes
• QA experience and functional knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office PNL will be a bonus.
• Experience in Allegro ETRM and/or in commodity trading is a distinct advantage.
• Adaptable and willing to take on work across the project lifecycle, in some cases working at a high level in other cases taking on analysis in detail, in some cases being primarily business facing in other cases being functional lead primarily facing into the IT team.
• A proactive individual able to handle multiple projects/work packages simultaneously often at different stages of analysis, design, or development.
• Able to multi-task with minimal supervision and highly structured and organised in the way tasks are approached
