Responsibilities
- Provide engineering, production and application support for automation equipment with regard to operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation or upgrading.
- First level, front-end support to maintain AMHS operations and trouble recovery. AMHS include OHT (Overhead Hoist Transfer), RGV (Raid Guided Vehicles), and AIV (Automated Intelligent Vehicles) .
- Perform routine checks to monitor equipment operating parameters, prompt updating onto monitoring system to ensure operations are within control specifications.
- Troubleshoot and perform quick equipment breakdown recovery, carry out corrective/preventive maintenance, upgrading, modification or improvement work etc.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum O or A Level/ NITEC / Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
- Related working experience in semiconductor industry will be advantageous.
- Simple troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in using MS Word and Excel.
- Able to perform 12 hour rotating shift (4/2/4/2).
- Able to perform overtime work as and when necessary.
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with cleanroom gear.
