Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out basic diagnosis, repair, maintenance and fault findings for the Electric Vehicles (EVs)
• Ensure the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the EVs
• Update onboard PC and changing of SIM card
• Balancing / Shifting of EVs to the stations when required
• Handle service anomalies such as unplugged cars, cars parked outside of stations, lost & found, etc
• Report on the information system via PDA
• Communicate with customers about our service when required

Key Requirements:

• NITEC in Automotive / Electrical Engineering
• Candidate with hands-on automotive experience will be an added advantage
• Possess a valid Class 3 / 3A / 3C license and a clean driving record
• Shift work, required to work on weekdays and / or weekends (5 days, 44 hours work week) - shift allowance provided
