:

Audio-Visual and Information & Communication Technology

• Manage Audio Visual equipment during all major school events

• Set up, test and operate sound/light/Audio Visual systems during school events (e.g. meetings, assemblies, sports day, speech day)

• Maintain inventory and loan records of Audio Visual and Inforcomm Technology equipment examples: Projectors, Visualizers, Swivel, cables, sound systems etc

• Provide consultation to Head of department/ ICT and Subject Head/ICT on the Audio Visual needs of the school.

• Manage Audio Visual equipment in classrooms and all other special rooms and monitor the equipment usage and carry out maintenance on yearly basis.

• Coordinate with vendors on repair services

• Manage the loan and condemnation of Audio Visual and Information Technology Equipments and accessories

• Collaborate and support teachers to effectively utilize the Digital signage and AV system for school-wide communication

Working Arrangement:

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Contract Duration: 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025

Salary: $2600-$2700/Month

Working Hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7.00am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Fridays: 7:00am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Job Requirements:

• Possessed a certificate in related field, or its equivalent.

• Candidate should also be an excellent team-player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task. Strong communication and interpersonal skills is needed.

• Candidate with at least two years of relevant experiences within the past three years will be preferred.
