Location : Tampines St 12
Position : ICT Executive
Contract period : 1 Apr 24 \xe2\x80\x93 31 Dec 24 (9months)
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
- Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Design ICT training materials based on school\xe2\x80\x99s requirements, and conduct training for staff and students where needed.
2. Support video capturing and editing for Open Classrooms.
3. Supporting video conferencing in school programmes.
4. Provide technical support and procurement of items for departmental programmes or webpages.
5. Research and work on new ICT projects in line with the school\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
6. Preparation, conducting and collation of surveys for school and departmental needs.
The Personnel providing this service shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
1. Preferably Polytechnic Diploma [or its equivalent] or relevant WSQ certificates. Salary ranges $2,200 - $2,800 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.
2. a) Have good communication and interpersonal skills
b) A good team player who is organized, meticulous and with the ability to multi-task.
c) Proficient in the use of softwares and stays current in the use of technology.
d) Competent in carrying out ICT trainings, video editing, technical support and procurement.
