Job Roles: * Lead Project Management:

Leverage your 8-10 years of IT experience, including 2-3 years of proven project management expertise, to steer projects towards successful completion.

Utilize your in-depth understanding of both SDLC lifecycles (waterfall and agile) to adapt project management approaches for optimal results. * Collaborate Effectively:

Manage projects collaboratively by working closely with Avaloq implementers and internal developer and testing teams.

Establish strong working relationships with various stakeholders including business users, infrastructure support teams, interfacing systems teams, and Avaloq vendors/implementers. * Strategic Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans, identifying key deliverables and milestones.

Keep a finger on the pulse of project progress, proactively addressing potential roadblocks, risks, and mitigation strategies. * Implementation Expertise:

Plan and execute seamless implementation run-books and cut-overs to ensure smooth project transitions.

Apply your technical acumen to oversee project status, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements: * A robust IT background with 8-10 years of hands-on experience.

• Proven project management skills with at least 2-3 years of successful project leadership.
• Proficiency in both SDLC life-cycles - waterfall and agile.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Avaloq implementers, in-house development teams, and testing teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Adept in identifying project risks, formulating mitigation strategies, and managing project status.
• Familiarity with project implementation run-books and cut-overs.
