Job Description
StriveX is partnering with a Banking client who is seeking an experienced Project Manager, l who will be tasked to lead and drive the successful implementation of technology initiatives. This person should have excellent project management skills with in-depth knowledge of banking operations.
Role and responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end project plans, documenting scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
- Liaise with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals
- Identify and assess potential risks associated and develop mitigation strategies
- Manage cross-functional project teams and provide guidance to team members
- Work with external vendors on integration of third-party solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits
- Manage project budgets and tracking expenditures
- Provide regular project status updates
- Bachelor\'s Degree in related IT discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT project management, preferably in financial services industry
- Candidates with vendor secondment to Banking clients could be considered
- Sound understanding of banking systems, industry trends, and regulatory updates.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications are plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
