About the Role
With a commitment to the successful delivery of design projects this role sees you apply a variety of Airport Planning, Designing and Engineering skills in a collaborative consulting environment. In particular, the focus of the role is to undertake leadership, planning and design services within the group in Singapore and other regional offices in the Australasian region in order to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio of skills and expertise in the aviation industry

What will I do?

  • Provide overall leadership, design and project management for aviation planning related projects. This will include client liaison, design management, quality management, programming, reporting and cost control.
  • Schedule work to meet deadlines, setting and monitoring budgets and resourcing and controlling expenditure to meet project targets and profitability.
  • Through collaboration and the use of strong interpersonal skills you will manage the development of team members by providing guidance, training, and motivation.
  • Extend relationships with existing key clients to enable an expansion of strategic business opportunities for the team.
  • Business development in related areas of aviation, airport planning and airside planning including involvement in the Arup Market groups.
What will I bring?
  • At least 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant industry experience in Airport Design Management, Planning and Airside Planning within a consulting business environment.
  • Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transport Planning, Airport Planning or similar area.
  • Chartered Membership of relevant professional institutions/professional peer bodies or significant credit towards eligibility for membership.
  • Intuitive (to client needs as well as the project context) and creative in developing win-win solutions.
  • Operational experience in airside environments including airside security clearance.
