Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics/ Freight Forwarding
- Position Title: Logistics Executive (Airfreight & Seafreight Operations)
- Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 6.18 pm
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Handle local Customer\'s Airfreight and Seafreight enquiries.
- Handle overseas agents\' Airfreight and Seafreight enquiries.
- Handle and monitor 3rd party air and sea shipments.
- Get costs from airlines or overseas agents, analyze rates and provide airfreight and seafreight quotations to customers.
- Manage KPI reports, billing overviews for some VIP customers.
- Assist in RFQs from local customers and overseas agents.
- Perform telemarketing calls and join sales calls with managers or BD staff.
- Assist managers in business development in terms of preparing presentations, quotations, and proposals.
- Minimum Diploma holder.
- Candidates with Aviation experience preferred.
