Customer Service Executive - FTS/AOG Vital to the continued financial success of the organisation through professional brand representation and fanatical services provided to customers in relation to customer order and returns. There are opportunities of continued process improvement identification and implementation to offer a seamless customer journey. Proactively developing, maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to optimise customer satisfaction and all sales opportunities from existing & new accounts.
Roles & responsibilities
1. Manage customer requirements in an efficient & timely manner 2. Interrogate quantum and search the market for part availability and pricing 3. Always deliver high quality customer service 24/7 4. Quote in accordance with company policy and procedures 5. Look to increase conversion rates of sales, exchanges & loans 6. Promote efficiency throughout the customer journey by identifying new ways of working 7. Proactively engage with internal and external customers 8. Purchase items for customer requirements and negotiate with suppliers 9. Work on different platforms such as Skynet, Customer Portal, Aeroxchange, Sky Select 10. Provide assistance in ensuring payment for services provided. 11. Successfully manage and grow a variety of customer accounts 12. Supporting both adhoc and contract customer.
