We are part of the 2nd Line of Defence (2 LOD) function providing senior management and external stakeholders a holistic view of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Operational Risk Profile through insightful analysis of internal and external data. You will also be part of the exciting journey where we embark on digital transformation through integration of technology and tools to build enhanced analytics capabilities.What you doData analytics is key in our day-to-day job. You will be making use of internal data to provide insightful analysis by identifying risk trends and patterns to evaluate, explain and justify features observed across the group, and external data to monitor operational risk landscape changes in the broader industry operating environment. You will be driving change to our current way-of-working by participating in our digital transformation journey, where we develop interactive risk dashboards to curate meaningful risk insights for our key stakeholders, as well as embedding automation to bring efficiencies in our processes. You will have opportunities to engage with internal and external stakeholders across the group to share risk insights and jointly identify recommendations for a proactive risk management.Who you work withGroup Risk Management works independently to protect, build, and drive our businesses. • You\xe2\x80\x99ve got at least 5 years of experience in a risk and control, audit, or compliance role. Experience in risk consultancy roles counts too.
• Analytical, inquisitive, tenacious. You\xe2\x80\x99re a results-driven self-starter and an adept problem solver with strong quantitative skills.
• You\xe2\x80\x99re a creative mind who\xe2\x80\x99s able to balance details with an insightful reader centric approach to produce a holistic picture of the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s operational risk profile and drive continuous uplifting of the Group\xe2\x80\x99s central operational risk management programmes.
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel and PowerPoint) and programming language (e.g SQL, VBA and/or Python) and experience in dashboard building (e.g. Power BI) will be advantageous.
