A new and exciting AVP - Anti Bribery and Corruption Business Expenditure job opportunity has become available at a reputable bank, reporting to the Regional Head of Anti-Bribery and Corruption.

About the AVP - Anti Bribery and Corruption Business Expenditure Role:
In this role, your key responsibility is to manage gifts, entertainment and business events, roadshow, donations, memberships and sponsporships for APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for approvals for G&E, roadshows
• Manage and coordinate the implementation/ maintenance of systems, processes and procedures of the bank\'s Business Expenditure Programme
• Provide advice on issues or queries to be aligned with the Global Anti-Bribery and Corruption policy to ensure it is properly communicated
• Assist in developing, implementing and tracking training initiatives
• Assist with delivery or management information (MI) to business expenditure
• Assist with post-business expenditure monitoring activities including conducting investigations, outreach to employees and consequence management

To succeed in this AVP - Anti Bribery and Corruption Business Expenditure role, you will need at least five years of experience within a financial institution on financial crime advisory and knowledge in ABC laws and regulations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience advising on Corporate Hospitality, Gifts, Entertainment and Business Events (G&E), Roadshows, and Donations, Memberships and Sponsorships (DMS)
• Experience using software application such as Concur and MS Office
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently and as a team player
• Good organisational and writing skills
• Ability to work on confidential matters with independent judgement
