To drive Sustainability initiatives
- Cost Savings initiatives such as energy, water savings, waste management
- Aiming to obtain ISO 14000 certification which is the standard/guideline on environment management helping organizations to minimize processes/operations affecting the environment.

Property Asset Optimization
- SPC divestment project goes full swing, intense works will involve due diligence exercises/checks, dealings with stakeholders, dealings with multiple government agencies, etc.
- Working with potential investors on Due Diligence processes, respond to queries on M&E plant and machinery, building and plant asset shelf life, operating conditions, etc.

• Key lead for Sustainability and all Operational efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Lead to drive the team to attain ISO 14000 certification as well as all Green-mark related standards.
• Drive Cost Savings initiatives such as as energy, water savings, waste management processes
• Assist and support SPC divestment initiatives such as dealing with authorities, HDB, URA, etc
• Work through Due Diligence processes with potential investors, respond to queries on M & E plant and machinery, building and plant asset shelf life, operating conditions, etc.
• Manage and lead SPC\'s property and facilities management and drive key cost savings initiatives.
• Review reports prepared by staff on service vendors\' recommendations, e.g. Managing Agent, Cleaning services contract etc.
• Develop and analyze key information for new initiatives such as Food Digester installation, Asset Enhancement works etc.
• Involve and provide support in projects such as Asset divestment project, office renovation, asset enhancement projects (i.e. sponsors, stakeholders, team members, etc.)
• Be the key liaison person for Crisis Emergency Response Team (CERT) with senior management on CERT processes and BCP.
• Support the VP, Group SPC Property during acquisition and disposition of properties.
