Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business \xe2\x80\x93 they were made just right for you.ResponsibilitiesAs a Branch and Self-Service (ATM) Banking Specialist, you are responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in branch and self-service banking channels. The role also involves managing and executing projects to deliver business plans and outcomes, identifying and resolving customer pain points, and analyzing operations to identify opportunities for improvement.Strategic Planning and Project Management

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency in the branch and self-service banking channels
  • Conduct analysis to identify customer needs and trends
  • Explore and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance customer experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to align strategic initiatives with the overall business goals
  • Manage and execute projects to deliver business plans and outcomes
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks
  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project delivery
Customer Experience
  • Identify pain points and areas for improvement in the branch and self-service banking channels
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer experiences, including ATM functionality and accessibility
Operational Efficiency
  • Analyze branch and self-service banking operations to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to streamline processes and reduce costs
Requirements
  • Degree with at least 6 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, and thrive in a fast-paced and high-productivity environment.
  • Curious, strategy-minded, able to operate in a systematic manner, and have excellent communication skills.
  • Team player and able to build relationships with other business stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and analytical ability to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Experience in project management and work independently in project execution.
  • Proficient with MS Excel, and PowerPoint to provide data visualization.
  • Knowledge of Excel macros/ Visual Basic will be an added advantage.
