This role requires knowledge in financial planning to design and deliver financial education programs, build strategic partnerships, and promote financial inclusion. The successful candidate will cultivate and maintain relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, and partners to drive collective impact and foster social change.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community development strategies and financial literacy programmes
• Build and maintain partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and government entities
• Facilitate community engagement and participation in programs and initiatives
• Identify and secure funding opportunities to support community development projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
• Develop and manage budgets, reports, and project plans
• Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform community development strategies
• Mentor team members and volunteers

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree. Added advantage in Community Development, Social Work, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• Experience in community development, partnerships, or a related field
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills
• Ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budget management and fundraising
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
