Responsibilities

Be part of the Managing Through Journey (MtJ) Programme Office that drives customer obsession across Consumer Bank Singapore and collaborates with cross functional teams to focus on delivering customer, employee and business outcomes.

  • Responsible for delivering MtJ initiatives that are aligned to our Scorecard and change management, where necessary.
  • Embed, participate and manage cross functional teams\' stand-ups and sprint reviews, provide guidance and insights on the journeys through customers\' lens, VOCs and data.
  • Support adhoc strategic initiatives within CE team and the COO Office.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders including Performance Cells, Transformation Group and Regional partners on MtJ initiatives including relevant MtJ trainings, codification and communications.
  • Design and drive the development of central control towers for reporting and update of MtJ progress. Prepare and engage senior stakeholders with regular updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive development and implementation of strategies to improve overall customer experience through MtJ.
  • Manage key stand-ups or sprint reviews including defining the cadence and the structure
  • Support the development of presentations and reports for strategic meetings and planning of engagement events.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience with a Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant field.
  • Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to lead change, multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
  • Capacity to manage high stress situations and manage conflicts.
  • Knowledge of business operations and procedures with analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Good storytelling and verbal communication skills.
  • Good facilitation and familiarity with business lines/processes.
  • Technical experience in Agile Practices/Scrum Master and Project/Change Management is preferred.
  • Moderate proficiency in leadership, developing and coaching, and planning and organising is preferred.
  • Strong in communication and is business-focused/customer-focused.
  • Able to work in team and collaborate.
  • Strong ownership over results with strong problem-solving skills.
  • A strategic thinker who has a curious mind, strong interpersonal relationship skills, and ability to challenge the norm.
  • Moderate computer literate with knowledge of banking practices and policies.
  • Basic proficiency of design-thinking/human-centred design.
  • Ability to work with superiors, peers, and external parties.
