Since entering the Singapore market, it has built an impressive office, hospitality and residential portfolio with an AUM close to $10bn. It has ambitious plans for selective growth and which will incorporate product development and potential future REIT listing. Given the importance of the Singapore business to the Group, there is a desire to introduce or strengthen a number of corporate functions. This includes the new appointment of an experienced Corporate Strategy professional.The PositionReporting directly to the CEO, whilst closely collaborating with key internal stakeholders, the appointed individual support data-driven business-wide front- to back-end investment and operational decision-making. The multi-faceted position will include property research macro- and micro-economic perspective and impact analysis, by asset type, and with key strategy and/or investment risk assessment factors that may need to be considered. Aside from developing a \'house view\', insight presentations will support new product development and investment planning. In addition, the appointed individual will also conduct analysis of internal capability, resource planning, process and technology deployment and other strategic initiatives to drive growth and delivery underpinned by appropriate cost/benefit analysis.This will be a very hands-on role enjoying enterprise-wide engagement to support key corporate decision-making, investment and operational growth in Singapore.The PersonInterested candidates will offer an appropriate Degree/Masters\' (Economics/Real Estate/Finance) complete with 7-10 years\' relevant experience undertaking property-related research, market and asset/product development studies with strong ability to convert data into insightful stakeholder guidance and calls to action. Given the nature of the position, interested individuals will possess extremely strong Excel and Powerpoint skills whilst offering appropriate proficiency of economic and financial tools. Exposure to real estate development and Fund or REIT management environments will be advantageous whilst exposure to investment, development and asset operations will be beneficial.Depending upon relevant experience, the company will offer an annual salary within the range of $140-180k.
