Job Description
:
- Review, analyze and monitor detailed financial and qualitative information of existing and potential borrowers and prepare necessary materials
- Find new business opportunities with existing and potential borrowers by arranging with banks and other lawyers.
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations, including social requirements.
- Creating a business strategy of the Branch and Department.
- Communicate with arranger banks and other solicitors as well as other departments within the Bank.
- Monitor and analyze comparable deals in relevant markets.
- Appropriate documentation including financing agreements, customer due diligence and anti-money laundering screening against relevant P&Ps.
- Monitor the client\'s compliance with the financial and non-financial covenants set out in the financing agreement.
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Banking / Finance
- With 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience at top-tier financial services firms
- Excellent communications skill
- Good understanding of credit investment in banking industry
