Job Description
:
- Conduct independent and impartial credit risk analysis of existing and potential borrowers for creditworthiness and repayment capability.
- Undertake proactive risk management and monitoring as well as perform periodic credit reviews of approved counterparties and service providers
- Independently support credit rating application proposed by Credit Investment Department.
- Perform risk assessment on credit proposals submitted by front line, exercise credit judgment and make credit recommendations
- Preparing credit reports / proposal to management
- Organize Credit Committee Individual Proposal/Monthly meetings. Prepare and circulate minutes thereof and maintain originals together with related materials so presented.
- A good degree in related field (including but not limited to Finance, Business, Accountancy, Economics)
- With at least 8 years of relevant working experience at top-tier financial services firms
- Strong analytical skills with sound knowledge of financial instruments
- Good understanding of credit risk management and mitigation practices as well as issues and developments affecting the banking industry
- Understanding of Counterparty Credit Risk measures
