Morgan McKinley is working in partnership with a regional Corporate Bank with strong footprints and relationship in the Asia region.

Role and responsibilities

• Independently reviewing credit proposals and transaction requests to ensure alignment with the bank\'s risk appetite, internal credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Assisting the Risk Management Department in maintaining the quality of credit proposals, ensuring the accuracy of information, and conducting in-depth analysis.
• Proactively identifying potential risk concerns and highlighting mitigating actions to ensure the stability of our credit portfolios.
• Conducting regular quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly credit reviews on existing clients to assess their ongoing creditworthiness.
• Regularly monitoring the health of the portfolio and taking proactive actions to control risks and minimize losses.
• Participating in departmental system implementation work, including user requirement gathering and systems user-acceptance testing.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Completing any other assigned tasks and projects as required by the department.

Key Requirements

• Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant working experience in a similar capacity.
• Strong customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Meticulous with strong problem-solving skills, able to dissect complex credit situations.
• Experience in change management, system testing, implementation, and project management will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined, organized, responsible, and meticulous.
