Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Oversee successful completion of assigned data analytics projects and tasks for Wealth Management (Private Banking and Treasures Private Client) Business

\xc2\xb7 Translate Business needs into technical requirements and analytical solution design

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with Tech to implement business analytics solutions

\xc2\xb7 Capable of managing frequent evolving business requirements effectively (i.e. scope management) \xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Engage with Business in supporting analytics projects by articulating the business benefits vs cost/effort\xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Support Business to uncover insights thru deep dive analysis and presenting recommendations to non-analytics audience

Requirement\xe2\x80\x8bs

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 7 years of data analytics and translator experience.

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Statistics or Computer Science is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of successful execution of data analytics initiatives to improve business performance and support critical business decision

\xc2\xb7 Comprehensive knowledge of Balanced Scorecard reporting for monitoring RM (Relationship Managers) KPIs such as revenue, net new money, cash-to-investment conversions among others

\xc2\xb7 Practical experience and highly knowledgeable in applying advance analytics (AI/ML) in the Private Banking domain across Client and Investment Analytics, Sales Management and Wealth Management Data Assets\xe2\x80\x8b

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in usage of SQL, Python, SAS, Tableau, Qlik Sense, ThoughtSpot and other advance analytical languages/tools is preferred

\xc2\xb7 Acquainted with big data frameworks and platforms (e.g. Hadoop, Spark etc.) used in AI and Machine Learning

\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Wealth Management Core Banking systems such as Avaloq, T24/Transact is a plus

\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking and problem-solving skills to lead problem formulation, analytic approach and solution design \xe2\x80\x8b
