Responsibilities

• Oversee successful completion of assigned data analytics, reporting and visualization projects for Wealth Management (Private Banking and Treasures Private Client) Business
• Good understanding of business and key performance metrics of Private Banks such as Cash-to-Investment-Conversion, Net New Money etc.
• Support Business to uncover insights through deep dive analysis and presenting recommendations via storytelling and visualization to non-analytics audience
• Translate Business needs into data and technical requirements for analytical and visualization design and solutioning
• Capable of managing frequent evolving business requirements effectively (e.g. scope management)
• Collaborate with Tech to implement visually appealing and informative Control Towers to communicate findings and insights effectively in order to deliver measurable business impact
• Advocate and promote a culture of self-service and data-driven decision-making through agile prototyping, immersive user experiences and measuring effectiveness of deployed Control Towers solutions

• At least 9 years of data translator and visualization experience. Degree in Statistics or Computer Science is preferred.
• Strong and hands-on experience and contributes to, best practices and common processes for developing solutions with visualization tools such as ThoughtSpot, QlikSense, QlikView and Tableau
• Proficient in usage of SAS, SQL, Python and other advance analytical languages/tools is preferred
• Proven track record of successful execution of data analytics initiatives to improve business performance and support critical business decision
• Practical experience and highly knowledgeable in applying advance analytics (AI/ML) in the Private Banking domain across Client and Investment Analytics and Sales Management
• Acquainted with big data frameworks and platforms (e.g. Hadoop, Spark etc.) used in AI and Machine Learning
• Familiarity with Wealth Management Core Banking systems such as Avaloq, T24/Transact is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and critical thinking and problem-solving skills to lead problem formulation, analytic approach and solution design
• Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy is critical
