You will work closely with the markets to build the Globesend platform, driving business growth and fostering strategic alignment with both local and the regional team. Responsibilities:
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, customers and technology.
  • Project Management: Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flow diagrams to ensure clear communication between business, design, and technology teams
  • Collaboration with Markets: Work closely with markets to ensure alignment on our Regional strategy and shared initiatives. Gather and sharpen user requirements, translating these requirements to product specifications.
  • Market Insight and Analysis: Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Use data to inform business decisions and optimize digital products and services.
  • Customer Experience Management: Champion the digital customer experience by working closely with Group design to ensure seamless, user-friendly, and innovative customer journeys across all digital platforms. This includes overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing, and launch.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive impactful digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and revenue per customer.
  • Innovation and Growth: Identify and implement digital innovations, new technologies, and business models that can drive business growth and enhance our competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and customer insights to drive informed decision making
  • Ability to assist in project management, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent
  • Expertise in design thinking, user experience (UX) design, and agile development methodologies.
  • Experience in the digital business, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment and is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Knowledge of the payments industry, digital platforms/system, and relevant technologies.
  • Fair understanding of bank KYC/AML requirements, is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in digital and payments technology, with a focus on digital product development and management
