Lead a team to cover all aspects of Partnership development including prospecting, validation, proposal development, due diligence, contract negotiation and execution.
Developing growth strategies and plans for the respective channels. Managing and nurturing existing partnership, deepening engagement levels and exploring new opportunities
Initiate and cultivate new partnership deals through identification and mapping of business strengths and customer needs
Collaborate with product, underwriting and service teams to represent Liberty\xe2\x80\x99s value-add and offering to our partners
Monitor and analyze producers\xe2\x80\x99 / partners performance to determine focus of sales efforts and ensuring profitable growth.
Lead and organize quarterly performance reviews with key partners and to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to better retain and grow client base profitably
Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance and IT to facilitate prompt and efficient servicing support to producers.
Review policies and operating procedures and processes to ensure delivery of strong service standards and functional effectiveness of business.
Compliance to corporate governance and industry regulations and procedures.Gather market
to ensure company\xe2\x80\x99s competitiveness and capitalize on market opportunities to identify trends and develop new ways to grow the business profitably
JOB REQUIREMENTS
>10 years of experience in partnership / Business development in the insurance, finance or a related field
Prior demonstrated successful leadership role with significant responsibility for business results, setting and implementing strategy, budget management, and talent development
Stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to negotiate and solve conflicts resolution
The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
Solid understanding of channel strategy, business goals, planning and other distribution channels
Strong analytical background with strategic thinking capabilities, influencing skills, attention to detail and ability to effectuate change.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management both verbally and in writing
Experience in e-commerce/digital platform is desirable.
