We are partnering a Leading Global Bank that has been actively growing its business in Asia. There is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic compliance professional to join its regional headquarters based in Singapore. Responsibilities You will be part of the Regional Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) Testing team performing FCC reviews for Singapore and it’s branches across APAC. This includes developing test steps and methodologies, evaluating the effectiveness of existing FCC controls, designing and implementing new controls. You will keep abreast of regulatory developments in the FCC space and proactively identify areas for improvements and propose adhoc testing. You will support the implementation of a consistent and risk-based FCC testing program, maintain the quality control processes and ensure they adhere to the global standards. You will prepare reports to summarize key findings and conclusion. Requirements You are degree qualified with at least 5-8 years of Compliance/Audit experience in Financial Services You should be well versed with AML/FCC regulations. Candidates with experience in Compliance Testing or Audit are preferred. Experience leading Controls function and designing test scripts and procedures is a bonus. You are analytical, a strong team player and possess strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. AML qualifications and Data Analytics capabilities will be a plus.
