We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the Funding team within Funding and Capital Management (FCM). FCM is a dedicated strategic management unit, within the CFO office, that supports senior management in capital planning and reporting as well as term funding activities. Within FCM, funding team will support in managing OCBC\'s term funding and capital issuances and redemptions for effective and efficient access to capital markets.
You will be actively involved in the funding and capital issuances and redemptions executions as well as the end-to-end processes. There will be opportunities to interact with key stakeholders across OCBC, including senior management.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders (investment banks, legal counsels, auditors) on funding programmes updates, policies reviews and transactions execution
• Support in the execution of the term funding and capital issuances and redemptions, including end-to-end documentation and ensuring operational requirements are considered and met
• Administer the maintenance of the covered bond programme, including covered bonds reporting, MAS 648 audit, rating agencies operational reviews as well as cover pool top-up and repurchase
• Support in the preparation of fixed income investor\'s materials
• Keep abreast of industry developments and pricing levels
• Assist in any ad-hoc Funding\'s initiatives and projects

Qualifications
Requirements:

• Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong written and verbal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
• Familiarity with programming in Python, SQL, data query, data management tools would be useful
• Relevant work experience in debt capital markets would be an advantage
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in banking, accounting or finance, with good academic qualifications

This role will report to the Head of Funding within Funding and Capital Management.
