Responsibilities

• Provide support to the GA Manager to ensure consistency in the design and governance of the respective GA programmes (steering committee structure, rotation structure, first placement processes, performance management and progression matters etc)
• Be an employee advocate: Drive employee engagement and experience and ensure that employee feedback is heard, acted upon with a view to improve employee engagement and retention
• Partner Talent Acquisition team on the recruitment of GAs; and the Leadership Institute on training related matters
• Ensure a positive and consistent GA onboarding and assimilation experience
• Execute engagement initiatives and ensure ongoing career coaching support is provided to the in-programme GAs
  

Requirements

• Degree holder with at least 8 years of experience in human resources preferred
• Track record of managing graduate programmes; Experienced as a career coach
• Able to work effectively with various levels of employees and stakeholders
• Passionate about nurturing young talent and comfortable working with graduates, as well as mid-career talent
• Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, organization skills
• Have the resilience in dealing with ambiguity of situations
• Proactive, good problem solver and able work both independently and be an effective team player
• Proficient in O365 tools and working with data
