Responsibilities

• Develop, curate, and execute best-in-class leadership development, team effectiveness, and personal effectiveness programmes
• Perform learning needs analysis with internal stakeholders and recommend leadership and management development interventions
• Integrate leadership development solutions into the bank’s High Potential talent development process
• Manage relationships and work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and with our external learning partners/training vendors
• Conduct facilitation for selected in-house programmes
  

Requirements

• Future-focused professional who is strategic and has strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Strong programme management and project management skills
• Interest and passion in learning, leadership development, and coaching practices
• Can-do attitude, with a willingness to roll up sleeves to solve process and operational problems in a highly matrixed organisation
• Degree holder, preferably in relevant field such as HR, adult education, psychology, or behavioural science
• About 10 years of relevant work experience in leadership development, talent management, organisational development, or HR leadership roles
• Good facilitation skills to independently conduct training programmes will be advantageous
• Experience in design and development of leadership development programmes will be advantageous
• Experience in culture and change management will be advantageous
• Experience in leadership profiling tools will be advantageous
