Our client is an international investment bank with multiple markets across the globe including a presence of 14 markets in APAC. As a leading and growing organization, they are recognized as one of the largest leading financial institutions with a unique and diverse culture. They are now seeking a highly skilled individual within HR Operations to be based in Singapore.
As a key individual within the HR Operations team, you\xe2\x80\x99ll provide regulatory support on HR reporting and data management whilst working closely with legal entities and government bodies to ensure processes are regulated and adhered to labour laws. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also prepare and review data and reports for regulators and internal stakeholders whilst monitoring HR systems and databases to help identify process improvements. You\xe2\x80\x99ll work closely in a lean team to help mitigate and propose solutions concerning operational problems across teams whilst communicating effectively with business leads and stakeholders.
The suitable individual should bring a minimum of 10 years of HR operations experience within the financial industry. You should be extremely familiar with the Singapore regulatory framework and have prior experience with regulatory reporting and data management. You should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work efficiently and enjoy being part of a collaborative and fast paced team.
