Job Description
-
- Maintain strong data management practices by ensuring the accuracy and currency of employee records in both HR systems and personal files.
- Ensure the compliance, integrity, security of the employee database including all letters of appointment and communications issued to employees.
- Oversee the benefits program, encompassing leave management and employee insurance.
- Efficiently manage payroll functions for over 1000 employees.
- Provide payroll reconciliations and pertinent payment reports to the Finance department in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Finance department during audits and the annual budgeting exercise.
- Work closely with the in-house tax manager on tax-related matters for employees posted overseas.
- Introduce process improvements and enhancements to elevate accuracy, efficiency, and overall robustness.
- Degree holder
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with SAP System
- Excellent understanding of human resources policies, policies and benefits
