Maintain strong data management practices by ensuring the accuracy and currency of employee records in both HR systems and personal files.
Ensure the compliance, integrity, security of the employee database including all letters of appointment and communications issued to employees.
Oversee the benefits program, encompassing leave management and employee insurance.
Efficiently manage payroll functions for over 1000 employees.
Provide payroll reconciliations and pertinent payment reports to the Finance department in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the Finance department during audits and the annual budgeting exercise.
Work closely with the in-house tax manager on tax-related matters for employees posted overseas.
Introduce process improvements and enhancements to elevate accuracy, efficiency, and overall robustness.
Job Requirements
Degree holder
6-8 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience with SAP System
Excellent understanding of human resources policies, policies and benefits
