Job Description


The HR Shared Services Executive is the central point of contact with the business units for providing support in HR topics and provides adminstrative support on preparation of contracts and maintaining of reports.Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Partners in meeting the pre-onboarding process & maintain relationship with outsourced vendors to ensure smooth delivery of HR services.
  • Provide support to Business Partners for the various HR cyclical processes.
  • Claims & Benefits Administration
  • Manage documentation requests
  • Update and maintain all appropriate SOPs to ensure compliance
  • Able to multi-task and man the workload during peak periods.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Good understanding of HR / payroll policies, process review, process design and systems.
  • Able to understand HR end-to-end processes, and the impact of HR data entry\'s accuracy on processes
  • Familiar with SAP-SF and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Meticulous, able to handle large volume of data on spreadsheet with due care
  • 2 years of experience
