Job Description

As the Chief of Staff for the company\'s CIO, you will work closely with their direct reports and key business stakeholders, with a particular focus on managing technology performance and vendors. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate technology change throughout the organization, ensuring the health of managed technology.
This will involve developing and tracking technology roadmaps, conducting regular independent assessments of technology capability and vendor performance, and maintaining full visibility of organizational performance through active tracking and management reporting.
The client is seeking someone with a strong background in IT to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting, managing and measuring the overall performance capability for each technology division operating unit. You will build an efficient business performance management framework, including tracking and monitoring mechanisms and practical reporting to drive continuous improvements and service delivery.
You will be responsible for supporting and organizing both IT and business senior management governance forums with updated information, KPIs and forecasts.
The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years\' experience in the IT service industry with a strong background in delivery management in the banking, hospitality or service industry.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate should have strong experience in technology change and transformation management, good exposure and experience in quality (Lean 6 Sigma), policies and vendor management, as well as exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
You should possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

The ideal candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong analytical, project and product management skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
