My client is one of the largest real estate investment managers in the world across all property types in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific. They provide local real estate resources necessary to execute investors' investment objectives. They actively manage portfolios across the risk/return spectrum in both the listed and direct property markets.

We are currently recruiting for a portfolio management role to be based in Singapore and reports to APAC CIO. The Portfolio Manager will lead investor mandate(s)/ seperate accounts and be responsible for executing the respective APAC strategies, as well as all aspect of portfolio management and investment responsibilities. The Portfolio Manger will interact with investors as well as with internal stakeholders. Candidate should have at least 8-10 years investment management and transaction experience, portfolio management experience is a plus, good communication skills.
