About the Department


The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities



The Loyalty Manager sets the direction and strategy for the merchant rewards program.
  • Responsible for driving merchant acquisition and manages key merchant relationships and strategic partnerships in the lifestyle and retail industries.
  • Optimize portfolio profitability by working closely with stakeholders and strategic partners, leveraging on data to drive issuing sales.
  • Drive differentiation and competitive edge with strong suite of usage offers and innovative products with partners
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for UOB Cards and UOB TMRW
  • Work with marketing department to identify new communication channels and work on communications creative across for all channels \xe2\x80\x93 Below the line, social digital platform and above the line.
  • Conduct research on lifestyle and retail (offline/online) markets, trends, platforms and competitors, and identify business opportunities with growth potential, including partnership and investments
  • System maintenance and setup new merchants
  • Regular publication of MIS reporting pertaining to the program.
  • Manage and resolve customer issues related to offer and loyalty program



Job Requirements




  • Preferably degree holder with minimum of 2 years of loyalty programs and partnerships experience
  • Strategic thinker, highly numerate and strong analytical abilities
  • God communication skills (spoken and written) and ability to critique marketing collaterals
  • Ability to communicate persuasively and, influence stakeholders and senior management
  • Resourceful and independent.
  • Strong project management skills and meticulous with keen eye for details
  • Candidates with prior experience will be considered very favorably
