Background:

To oversee the project development in all aspects of project management. Involved in all stages of projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation review to construction and legal completion.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare development/project brief, which include setting time, cost and quality objectives for the project.
• Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and effect appropriate solutions.
• Ensure project is progressing as planned.
• Timely reporting of the progress / operation issues for Management\'s decision.
• Liaise with authorities.
• Review, recommend and appoint consultants / contractors and coordinate and monitor their work done.
• Supervise site staff and address their work related issues
• Co-ordinate with in-house marketing and maintenance and external parties (Sales consultant, lawyers, banker and architect) for sales launch.
• Meeting with buyers, architect, contractor and lawyers of both side on defects issue
• Mitigate disputes with contractor, buyers and/or adjoining owners or authorities

Required:

• Degree in architecture, civil engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8 years of real estate project management experience
• Experience managing commercial, residential and hospitality development projects including green field and AEI.
• Regional exposure in China and/or Indonesia preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, Strong interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
