Job Description


Responsibilities

  • End to end support and management of offshoring projects for Loan Operations from APAC and East Asia Branches to Shared Service Center(SSC) in KL.
  • Provide system implementation support to Operations teams through requirement gathering, UAT and analysis for system deployments.
  • Reviewing Loan Operations related processes as part of offshoring and ensure process consistency across the regional offices.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in Banking and Finance, or more than 3 years of Banking related project experience in IT or consultancy.
  • Understanding of Banking Business and back office operation with specialization in Loan Operations.
  • Experience in Project Management with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong in data/numerical analysis.
  • Strong team player and able to work independently.
  • Able to multi task and deliver results within stipulated timeline.
  • Willing to travel to Asia Pacific branches.
  • Knowledge and experience in other Banking Products (Trade Finance, Treasury, Deposit, Remittance and AML) will be advantageous.
