• Responsible for Marketing Excellence in Wealth Events Management
• Lead planning, organizing and running of events that will contribute to business targets of DBS wealth brands (DBS Private Bank, DBS Treasures Private Client) and ensure Return on Marketing Investment. Include events strategizing, planning, agency management, Legal & Compliance management, onsite event management, client management and post event review
• Work closely with Wealth stakeholders to understand their business strategies and client focus and translating them into exceptional client experiences
• Drive the Return on Marketing Investment focus for wealth client events. To review processes and effectiveness of all events, and to drive balance between new event ideas and marketing investment
• Responsible for managing the senior management and other internal staff for the hosting and engagement at client events, including invitation, briefing and on-site assistance
• Events budget management. Review purchase orders, payment invoices and proactively identify any budget issues

Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience in an events management role
• Proven track record of organizing and planning successful events
• Preferably experience in client events management in a financial institution and/or with HNW client segments, covering new growth countries including Middle East is a plus
• Strong ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management
• Strong project management, multi-tasking and negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced in managing and working with event management agencies
