Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you.DescriptionsIn today\'s world, the amount of data collected and generated for each customer\'s interaction is growing exponentially.The number of features and services we offer our customer on our online banking platform are also easily in the hundreds.A new approach is needed to help customer sieve through all the information or the service available in order to reach what they are looking for.We aim to create a "smart" search experience for our customer powered by AI so that they are able to find what they need quickly and in their own words (based on meaning not literal word matches).Be part of our "Smart" Search annotation team and professional responsible for meticulously analyzing and labeling textual data, aiding in the development of Machine Learning models by providing accurately categorized and annotated information.Responsibilities

• Annotate/train the search AI systems to improve accuracy
• Identification and labelling of named entities in text
• Classifying documents into different categories
• Validating the output of machine learning models and identify common patterns in datasets
• Incorporate customer feedback and new data to improve the search engine/NLU
• Regular review of usage data to analyse user behaviour, pain points and to improve the search experience
• Define key metrics and develop dashboards to track the performance and quality of search on our platform
• Work with Products and other stakeholders to improve/develop missing articles
• Work with developers who are responsible for building the engine to ensure a well-trained model/NLU
• Advocate/evangelise the smart search feature to all the product teams across the bank
• Be able to gather data from market, industry trends, competitive analysis, and user experience research and turn them into user insights and provide recommendation for a product improvement roadmap
• Participate in user testing and brainstorming sessions to improve user experiences of the product
• Document and streamline team/inter-team end-to-end operational processes
• Independent worker that can creatively take forward an idea and make it a reality
• Ability to complete work independently with limited direction and supervision
• Presentation skills, communication skills, exercise creative and critical thinking

Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 2- 5 years\' experience in a related position
• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Technology, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, or BA/BS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other quantitative fields
• A high degree of reliability and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and efficiently - Self-motivated, able to learn autonomously, and highly organized
• Ability to innovate and optimize business processes
• Knowledge of Tech space (search, speech and language technologies)
