Responsibilities

• Design and improve current customer journey on unsecured loans product to elevate customer experience
• Work with internal & external partners to integrate on-boarding journeys to ensure simple and smooth application process
• Grow straight-through processing on digital channels and reduce manual handling by internal stakeholders
• Expand and digitize application channels through partnerships for acquisition and revenue growth
• Front projects for unsecured loans that drive journey digitization promoting self-service banking adoption
• Using Control Tower to identify trend and translate to actionable insights to drive digital adoption, higher STP rate and lower TAT time

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the Banking Industry is preferred
• Good grasp of the Unsecured Lending products is preferred
• Comfortable leading rituals & run day-to-day with Managing-Thru-Journey
• Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills
• Driven, consistently meeting expectations and resourceful
• Independent and self-motivated
• Strong communication and presentation skills
