Responsibilities

We are looking for a Digital Product Manager, who will be leading and overseeing digital insurance projects in DBS bancassurance team. This person will be involved in launching new digital initiatives in DBS\' digital platforms and creating a compelling online customer experience.

  • Collaborate across departments and insurance partners to develop new or enhanced existing application websites for insurance products
  • Conceptualise the flow and design of screens through close partnership with the design team having DBS\' customers in mind
  • Conduct immersion study with agencies to understand customers\' needs and pain points and address them in our design
  • Define business requirements for digital website development and review user stories
  • Review and improve the content for the websites
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), pilot testing and live verification
  • Manage timelines and ensure the projects are delivered as planned
  • Optimise customer journey and identify opportunities to improve user experience via adobe analytics
  • Monitor, analyse and report online sales acquisition and overall digital business performance
  • Manage and prioritise backlog and new project initiatives
  • Follow up and ensure production issues are resolved within specified timeline with insurance partner and tech teams
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years\' experience in a related position (preferably in Life insurance products)
  • Bachelor\'s Degree holder from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in digital channel management, gathering business requirement, managing channels projects and initiatives
  • Understand UI/UX design and digital customer journey
  • Positive mindset and meticulous, with an eye for details
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and able to complete work independently with limited direction and supervision
  • Proven track record in working in high pressure and fast-paced environments
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to analyse and resolve problems with the use of data and customer feedback
  • Experience in tracking, analysing and interpreting the website performance using Adobe Analytics
