Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Purpose Digital Assets and Custody team manages the Exchange platform in the bank. We have different clients who trade on the exchange platform, and they connect to it via multiple mode. This role technically supports all those clients to get onboarded to the exchange and support in their ongoing journey. Principle Accountability

• Prepare and manage project plans with Members/Market Makers during technical onboarding
• Run Kick-Off Meetings for Technical Onboarding
• Maintain the FIX documentation and test plans for FIX connectivity
• Create and provide UAT and Production accounts for FIX and Trading UI
• Collect and store IP address and CSR information
• Conduct FIX testing/certification with Members/MM
• Provide in-house expertise on FIX protocols and FIX related training
• Provide Go-Live support and ongoing support
• Provide L2 FIX Support on a BAU basis and escalate Production issues in a timely manner
• Regular communication with Members/MM to maintain ongoing customer relationship
• JIRA/Issue management and incident management tracking
• Attend regular meetings with technology vendor to prioritise issues
• Work closely with internal/external technology teams on UAT for new system upgrades/token launch rollout

Requirements

• Min 5+ years of relevant experienence, Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Engineering or similar discipline
• Strong hands on FIX Protocols, DB & SQL knowledge,MQ, API, Webservices
• Having experience on Exchange platforms would be strong advantage.
• Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards
• Previous financial/banking or product technology industry experience
• Stakeholder management at all levels, matrix management
