In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.ResponsibilitiesThis is a role in Consumer Banking Technology. You will assist in leading the incident management process with the various departments, stakeholders and vendors, respond to incidents when they occur and take the necessary steps to restore the bank\xe2\x80\x99s services and business to normal operations as soon as possible, with the least impact to the business or user and minimize any possible downtime. You will report to the Senior Vice President in managing and coordinating with a team of Incident Coordinators working on a 12-hour shift roster.
