Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business \xe2\x80\x93 they were made just right for you.Job SummaryThis role is responsible for planning, developing, and delivering regional marketing materials such as frameworks, playbooks, masterclasses, best practices that drive customer engagement for retail and Treasures segment across the group. Provide regional advice and insights to local teams, leveraging marketing trends and knowledge with competitive analysis to inform communication recommendations and campaign strategies.These responsibilities will be achieved through an understanding of changing content marketing landscape, key business drivers, market research and consumer insights. The execution of this will largely be through guidance and influencing of regional and in-country teams, hence strong collaboration across key internal stakeholders and external partners, strong organisational skills and stakeholder management will be needed. Be able to anticipate future consumer trends by having a deep understanding of consumers, competition, market trends, regional and local insights, and emerging opportunities.Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive modern marketing governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Develop and roll-out best-in-industry playbooks and masterclasses on the changing content marketing landscape
  • Develop, implement and ensure adoption of standardised best-in-class content marketing materials that drive customer engagement
  • Conduct training and provide support on marketing governance-related matters
  • Leverage best practice and expertise from within and outside the Bank
  • Help in preparation of required reports and updates for internal stakeholders and DBS senior management
  • Provide thought leadership and sharing regional best practices on campaigns, social media, and content marketing
  • Review in-market campaigns to provide guidance and best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of governance initiatives, conducting periodic reviews and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with regional and in-country teams to ensure seamless implementation of modern marketing initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Origination, adaptation, distribution, and presentment of content marketing initiatives across paid, owned and earned channels in close collaboration with in-market, cross-functional teams
  • The responsibilities will be multi-product, multi-segment, multi-country across the region
The role will work primarily with key stakeholders in Products, Segments, BA, Data, Digital and Marketing within the Consumer Banking Group (CBG) to develop and implement effective modern marketing materials that will drive effective customer acquisitions, transactions and engagement for Retail and Treasures banking.Requirements
  • This role will need a strong understanding of changing content marketing landscape, retail banking products, key business drivers, key consumer insights as well as excellent written and marketing communication skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing governance frameworks
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently lead and manage complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in driving outcomes and business goals
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, guide and influence regional and in-country teams
  • Ability to think out of the box for creative solutions
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
  • Effective self-starter and collaborator who flourishes in a fast-paced, diverse and results-driven environment
  • Resourceful, assertive, dynamic and detail oriented
  • Possesses a positive attitude
  • Must be able to work independently in a lean team
  • Minimum 8 years in a marketing or communications role, experience from the financial industry will be prioritised
