Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business - they were made just right for you.Job SummaryThis regional role will lead the marketing and communications for all cross borders initiatives, with a focus on Retail and Treasures segment across the group.The role is responsible for identifying in-market opportunities and providing regional guidance on content, creative and brand strategy to drive retail and treasures customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. These responsibilities will be achieved through an understanding of key business drivers, market research and consumer insights. The execution of this will largely be through guidance and influencing of regional and in-country teams, hence strong collaboration across key internal stakeholders and external partners, strong organisational skills and stakeholder management will be needed.Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead Cross-Border Growth: Craft & execute impactful regional campaigns that showcase our value proposition through engaging creative.
  • Craft Wealth Spectrum Positioning: Develop a strategic framework to effectively communicate capabilities across all wealth segments.
  • Unified Brand Experience: Collaborate to strengthen Retail & Wealth brand positioning for a unified, customer-centric approach (Retail/TR/TPC/PB).
  • Build the Modern Marketing Playbook: Create a globally relevant marketing effectiveness guide leveraging our central intelligence hub.
  • Optimize Marketing Spend: Track key metrics (CAC, market share, conversion rate, ROI, retention) to drive financial performance.
  • Master Social & Digital: Develop and manage social media campaigns, leverage engagement tools & analytics, and oversee digital marketing (SEO & content).
  • Ensure Flawless Cross-Border Execution: Partner with regional & in-country teams for seamless campaign implementation.
  • Empower Teams with Best Practices: Develop & deliver industry-leading marketing playbooks & masterclasses.
  • Champion Content Marketing: Craft & implement best-in-class content that drives customer engagement.
  • Maximize Campaign ROI: Lead media buying efforts to optimize reach and return on investment.
  • Harness the Power of Gen AI: Explore & implement Generative AI tools to boost marketing creativity & effectiveness.
  • Cultivate High-Performing Marketing Team: Lead & mentor the marketing team, fostering continuous learning & growth.
The role will work primarily with key stakeholders in Products, Segments, BA, Data, Digital and Marketing within the Consumer Banking Group (CBG) to develop and implement effective content marketing strategies that will drive effective customer acquisitions, transactions and engagement for Retail and Treasures banking.Requirements
  • Degree with at least 15 years of relevant experience in cross-border marketing, branding and client & brand engagement.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products, key business drivers, key consumer insights as well as excellent written and marketing communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset, with clear understanding of the creative development process from concept to execution.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently lead and manage complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in driving outcomes and interacting directly with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills - able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, guide and influence regional and in-country teams.
  • Ability to think out of the box for creative solutions.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Effective self-starter and collaborator who flourishes in a fast-paced, diverse and results-driven environment.
  • Resourceful, assertive, dynamic and detail oriented
