Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Job Role Role is responsible for the overall technical health and progress of the program. Work closely with their business and technology to ensure the overall solution achieves the business objectives. Position also require candidate to act as single point of contact for vendors, other platform teams, internal/external business stakeholders with regards to every aspect of system integration. Responsibility:

• Work with business and technical teams in defining existing integration points between legacy application and other systems
• Work with solution architect in finalizing design for system integration design. Defining the interfaces needed, the integration technology needed, and the transitionary steps needed to ensure continuity of the systems, data and business during the replatforming
• Work with technical teams on finalizing integration and dataflow architectures and designing the APIs detailed design for message exchange between various systems
• Provide technical and subject matter expertise to conceptualize solutions and provide end-to-end solution
• Work with the internal and external teams to resolve any issues surrounding the system integration activity
• Planning, managing and tracking the plan delivery
• Accountable for cross team reporting to Program Manager, PMO and/or possibly steering committee
• Managing project E2E – which may include non-software development activities (e.g. training, change management etc)
• Embedding a culture of trust and “safe to make mistakes” that encourages team members to raise issues and risks
• Exhibit values and principles of an agile mindset
• Manage and communicate effectively with domain leads at senior level and working level teams

Requirement:

• Experience in solution architecture and system integration is a MUST
• Candidate should have led and executed projects involving multiple systems using different technology stack along with the domain knowledge
• Successful candidate should have domain knowledge in consumer finance products (including credit cards and unsecured lending)
• Hands on technical skills like COBOL, JCL, VSAM, REST API, data migration utilities is a MUST
• Experience on migration exercises like technical data mapping, reconciliation is a MUST
• Proven experience at a senior level in a delivery manager or Scrum Master (4 to 5 years)
• Prior experience on applications analysis, design and development, preferably on Unsecured Lending applications such as credit card acquiring and issuing. Knowledge of cards application like VisionPLUS, and switch is a MUST and expertise in merchant acquiring, cards onboarding, core cards processing modules is a plus
• Project management experience. Ability to work in an AGILE environment is an added advantage
• Able to manage and work with internal stakeholders, and vendors
• Must have a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis is required
• Ability to lead and negotiate business solutions that balance technical capability, cost, and time, against business need is required
• Must exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
• Ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously is required
• Must possess strong leadership skills and generate enthusiasm among stakeholders
• Ability to work independently with users to define concepts, under direction of project managers is required
• Must possess strong analytical, organizational and product management skills
• Ability to communicate difficult sensitive information tactfully is required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, vendors and subject matter experts is required
