Job Description

Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels. Responsibilities

• Manage a team which provides support to GTS with regards to Business Initiatives in the Custody Space.
• Collaborate with Users and Product manages to work on solutioning to meet Customer requirements and IBGO Key performance matrix.
• Analyse use case requirements and write Users/Business Requirements.
• Work closely with key stakeholder and users from Line Operations & IBG Technology for User requirement gatherings and Functional Specification signoff.
• Manage and perform UAT for product delivery cycle, Initiatives or Fixes.
• Ensure proper documentations of Operation Manual and UAT test results.
• Provide Updates to Senior Management on project delivery schedule, and articulate delivery blockers and provide strategic solution.
• Work with Users on operationalization of initiatives.
• Coordinate with Users and Technology on Delivery and business verification.
• Management of production issues with Users and Technology, from UAT to delivery of fixes.
• Management of Team’s work schedule and planning of release cycle with Technology partners.
• Provide prompt updates/escalation to management/stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 - 8 years of working experiences with project management in banking or financial industry.
• Strong analytical skills with skills, ability to work independently, confident with change mindset and good time management.
• Good stakeholder management with effective communication, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask, experience in managing small teams with tight project schedule.
• Proficient computer skills.
