Job Description


Business Function

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Global Transaction Services with regards to business initiatives in the Corporate Trust space.
  • Collaborate with users and product managers to work on solutioning to meet users\' and customers\' requirements and Institutional Banking Group Operations\' key performance matrix.
  • Analyse user case requirements and write users stories/business requirements.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and users from Line Operations and Institutional Banking Group Technology to run/monitor projects.
  • Manage and perform UAT for product initiatives or fixes and client request enhancements.
  • Ensure proper documentations throughout the project including UAT test results and preparation of user guide and conduct user training.
  • Provide updates to Senior Management on project delivery schedule, and articulate delivery blockers and provide strategic solution.
  • Work with Business Product managers and users on operationalization of initiatives.
  • Coordinate with users and technology teams on delivery and business live verification.
  • Manage production issues with users and technology teams from UAT to delivery of fixes.
  • Handle project schedule with technology partners.
  • Provide prompt updates/escalation to management/stakeholders.
  • Liaise with Regional Risk team, location operations and the Regional Security & Fiduciary Services team on any risk issues or events identified/reported and review on root cause and remedial actions.
  • Monitor annual International Standard on Assurance Engagements audit project for all the Security & Fiduciary Services Operations (SFSO) countries.
  • Manage Business Continuity Plan review, planning and exercises.
  • Coordinate and liaise with Finance and SFSO locations on annual Global Systemically Important Banks reporting and consolidate regional reporting to Finance.
Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Securities or Fiduciary Services operations.
  • Experience in risk management and project management would be a plus.
  • Good stakeholder management with effective communication, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management experience with ability to work independently, confident with change mindset, and good time management.
